Your consultation call lays the foundation for your personalised programme — training, nutrition, supplementation, and habits, all delivered through the DIG Training App.
Analyse
To ensure you're progressing consistently, we make weekly check-ins a priority. You'll track your training, nutrition, and key lifestyle habits in the DIG Training App so I can make accurate adjustments and keep you moving in the right direction.
Optimise
Each week you'll receive direct feedback on your training and progress. I'll take your input on board, answer any questions, and set clear goals for the week ahead — covering training, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.
